Terms & the waiting list

Please read how this works before you reserve. In short: this is a waiting list, not a sale — we can't promise anything, but we'll be scrupulously fair about the order.

  1. It's a waiting list, not a sale. Reserving adds you to a waiting list for the NVIDIA N1X. No payment is taken and no order is placed. Price, availability and final specifications are not confirmed.
  2. No guarantees. We cannot promise stock, an allocation, a price, or that the product will ever become available. A reservation creates no contract or obligation on either side.
  3. First come, first served. If and when we secure stock, we will notify people strictly in the order their reservation was received.
  4. A guaranteed head start. For the first two days of any allocation, we send notification emails in reservation order and at least one minute apart — so every earlier reservation gets a minimum one-minute head start over the next.
  5. Why we built this. This list exists to gauge demand. If the demand is there, we plan to source the chips. That is our intention, not a commitment.
